When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt on business days Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday (We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday). All orders are shipped Priority mail unless otherwise noted. Custom and Corporate orders are shipped based upon agreed terms at the time the order is taken. We also deliver for FREE within the twenty mile radius of Marin County California zip code: 94925

What Shipping Services do you use?
All orders are shipped via UPS, priority or First class mail from our facility in Marin County, California. You may call to expedite your order during the business week but most orders arrive fresh within three business days. Please call our Customer Service at 415.271.9603 to make a bake-fresh, ship-fast order.

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes, to ship to Hawaii and Alaska enter the address in our store. For overseas packages, please call our Customer Service line: 415.271.9603. 

Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, we love working with retailers - grocery or specialty food or gift shops. Please email LoveMail@superlovecookies.com to request an order form and pricing. Or call 415.271.9603.

What is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be happily satisfied! If your gift or order arrives damaged or broken, please just snap a photo of the product and provide the order number and email to LoveMail@superlovecookies.com.

Are Your Cookies Gluten Free?
Nope full of love and natural, organic, and premium ingredients. To be 100% Gluten Free we would need a very special facility. We fill our facility with very special loving people. If you are looking for GF cookies, these are our favorites.
